This information may be disclosed to the AUC and, as a result, may become public.

AltaLink will not rent or sell your personal information to any third party but may share your information with other persons, and in particular, may provide your personal information to the Alberta Electric System Operator or other electric facility owners, who reasonably require the use of your personal information for similar Participant Involvement Programs related to the same Transmission Project.

If the Transmission Project is approved, then AltaLink may also use the information collected to manage the construction or future maintenance and operation of the Transmission Project. Information held by AltaLink will be protected in accordance with AltaLink’s privacy policies.
