AltaLink is proposing to remove aging equipment that is no longer required from its existing Pigeon Lake Substation. The project is located approximately 5.5 kilometres northwest of Falun. The proposed project will include removing one capacitor bank and associated equipment. The work will be completed within the existing substation fenceline – no expansion is required.
